Profile & Skills

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in CRO or a similar role;
Advanced knowledge in tools such as Google Analytics, MS Clarity/Hotjar & Google Tag Manager;
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365;
Experience in designing and executing A/B tests;
Fluency in English - eliminatory factor;
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different teams;
Analytical ability and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed data analysis related to digital user/customer behaviour, identifying opportunities for optimization;
Design, execute, and analyse A/B tests to perform significant improvements in conversion rate;
Evaluate the entire conversion funnel proposing solutions to improve effectiveness;
Develop content personalization strategies to provide more relevant experiences customers;
Collaborate with web development team to implement necessary technical changes to improve conversion rate;
Develop market and customer research to understand their particular needs, expectations, and behaviours in this sector;
Optimise existing sites from CRO perspective as well as building and leading CRO & UX strategies for brand new projects of Harland & Poston Group.
